Why Doesn't The Prince Allow Them To Kiss His Hand?

The prince of Morocco doesn't allow people to kiss his hand, but why? This video of the prince removing his hand went viral and people thought his inferiors are trying to curry favors with him before he becomes king, however this is wrong. In Morocco to kiss somebody's hand is a sign of respect and usually young people kiss the hands of older relatives. The prince doesn't let them as he is too young and it isn't appropriate.
