In this episode of the podcast I'm joined by Harry Colbert. Harry started his athletics career with Waterford AC but has recently joined M11 Track Club. Athletes such as Keely Hodginson and Georgia Bell are members of this club.

Myself and Harry also chat about is outstanding 2024 cross country season in which he represented Ireland at the European Cross Country Championships, the World Cross Country Championships and at the Celtic Cross Champs.
