We live in a society where we don’t use our mental capacity as much as we should. Seniors struggle with computers, while young kids navigate them with ease. The older generation values quality time, while younger generations focus on speed and efficiency.

In my industry, many rehab centers focus on quantity over quality, often failing those who intrust their lives to them. This mindset of immediate gratification leads to shortcuts and excuses.

Today's kids grow up quickly, influenced by fast information from technology, missing the deep connections we had. At restaurants, you see families glued to screens instead of talking. This lack of communication can lead to issues like abandonment feelings. When I see kids eating while distracted by devices, it’s clear how much we’ve changed.
