The Alan Parsons Project is a British rock band led by composer, producer, and singer Alan Parsons that was formed in 1974. The band focuses on high-quality studio sound production and recorded most of their work at Abbey Road Studios in London.

The Alan Parsons Project performs "Eye in the Sky", a song released as a single from their sixth studio album, Eye in the Sky, in May 1982. It entered the U.S. Billboard charts as number three in early July, becoming their most successful release. The instrumental piece entitled "Sirius" segues into "Eye in the Sky" on the original recording.
