@kits9168 received some incident reports via the FOIA. She reads an incident report involving Wade and inmate Smalls. Jeanette, who gave Wade over 20k while he and Jesse made fun of her appearance and said disgusting things about her, has gotten in trouble for sending money to a CashApp for Wade. Inmate Smalls, then, asks her for money to cover a drug purchase for Wade.
