Mozart, the genius of Minne (heavenly love) on the deathbed has exceeded himself. He felt that, if he had lived for another fifty years and departed at, say, 80, then he might have composed another 600,000 works!
Mozart put all his unwritten music that resounded within him, all the unpoured love which would have flowed from him during the course of those fifty years, into his ‘Lacrimosa’.
