Описание
IN A GROVE: AN OPERA IN SEVEN TESTIMONIES
Composed by Christopher Cerrone | Libretto by Stephanie Fleischmann
A haunting opera set in the devastated ghost forests of the 1922 Pacific Northwest. Seven conflicting testimonies surround one mysterious death, where memory, truth, and power collide. This American adaptation of Akutagawa's classic tale explores how personal narratives compete with objective reality against a backdrop of environmental destruction and social tension.
