ELO Programming: Belfast Area High School

As part of their film and media Extended Learning Opportunity (ELO) with Torchlight Media, Belfast Area High School's students created this video about what the ELO program is like at their school. This video features ELO students talking about their experiences, one of their ELO Coordinators, the community, and behind-the-scenes footage. It also highlights the value of ELO programming for students and their communities.
