Cop Uses Government Hardware to Dox Youtube Database / Cerrone of Gen X Jeff & Hand Banana Channels

Former VBPD police officer Michael Cerrone says he uses government issued software to crack Youtube's privacy hardware. He does this daily on the GenXJeff livestream and calls it a "PING."
Cerrone speaks offline with GenXJeff about alleged trolls. Jeff was seen saying to Mike last week that he has theories on who a particular chatter was, and to contact him by email, when stream ends.
Officer Cerrone is then invited to livestreams to expose viewers real names, locations, family members. Friends such as SAVAGE DAVE, GEN X JEFF, & HAND BANANA are the channel owners where Cerrone is using his power to cyber-harass Youtube chatters.
