Classix Nouveaux - It's Not Too Late (KD Remix 2024)

This is a fan-made remix of a B side by Classix Nouveaux called "It's Not Too Late" which appeared on the single called "Because You're Young". I remember hearing "It's Not Too Late" as a very young person and I had it on repeat. The song was written by Sal Solo and Mik Sweeney. In later releases of La Verite, "It's Not Too Late" also appears as a bonus CD track, which is Classix Nouveaux's second album.

The A side, "Because You're Young" charted in the UK at number 43. Classix Nouveaux were unlucky in their career because they often charted just outside the top 40 - a few places higher and they would have probably been on Top of The Pops which will have helped them reach higher placings in the UK charts. Additionally, they were due to perform "Guilty" on Top of The Pops in 1981, but due industrial action, the show did not go ahead. You need a bit of luck in the music business.
